We recommend that you remove any nail polish prior to your consultation.

Note that we will call you as a reminder prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are unwell or experiencing cold and flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment until you are well again for the health and safety of our clinic and patients.

Our bookings can be limited and we recommend you make your next appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation/Missed appointment policy

For every patient we see, we aim to provide a reliable and professional service to ensure your satisfaction.

We have an appointment/cancellation/”Fail to attend” policy in place that enables us to provide appropriate treatment to patients and utilise available appointment times effectively. 

Cancellation of appointment: We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations as appointments are high in demand.

How to cancel an appointment: Please call reception on 9397 1366. Please leave a voicemail if you fail to reach us. Don’t forget to leave us your phone number, a preferred appointment day/time.

”Fail to attend” policy: A "fail to attend" is someone who misses an appointment without calling 24 hours in advance to cancel. This may result in a fee for consultation for that appointment.
